Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Greenridge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post a new effective date and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify account holders at the email on file. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by Feedback Loupe LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Contact: admin@feedback-loupe.com.

3. Eligibility

The Service is not directed at children under 13. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. What the Service is (and is not)

Greenridge provides planning information about first-come, first-served camping at Green Ridge State Forest, including maps, weather summaries, community notes, reviews, road-condition reports, and crowd-sourced availability derived from photos of the public signup clipboard at HQ when campers choose to share them.

The Service is not a reservation system, government service, or authoritative record of occupancy. The physical clipboard at HQ is the controlling registration record. Information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for verifying rules, fees, seasons, and site availability with official sources and rangers before you travel or rely on any information here.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. You may delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe or stress systems without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or post unlawful, defamatory, or invasive content (including non-consensual imagery).
• Scrape, resell, or systematically redistribute the Service or its data without our written consent.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Feedback Loupe LLC, Greenridge, or any park or government body.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for objectionable, offensive, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise abusive content or behavior in comments, reviews, photos, usernames, or any other content you submit. You agree not to post such content and not to harass or abuse other users. We provide in-app tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users; reported content is reviewed and content that violates these Terms is removed, typically within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of violators without notice, at our sole discretion.

7. Your content

If you submit photos, comments, reviews, road-condition reports, sheet captures, or other materials ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights. You grant Feedback Loupe LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g. resize, strip metadata, transcoding), display, and distribute User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service, including moderation and quality review. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights.

We may remove or refuse User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful or unlawful. We are under no obligation to monitor all content but may do so.

8. Third-party services and maps

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. map tiles, weather, authentication). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those features. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

Campsite photos in the Service are our own or were submitted by campers under Section 7; any other image is used under a license credited beside it. Some text originates from publicly available third-party sources, for example short camper reviews quoted from public forum posts and videos, each linked to where it came from. That content belongs to its respective owners. If you own something shown here and want it corrected or removed, contact us at admin@feedback-loupe.com (see also Section 14) and we will respond promptly.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and original materials are owned by Feedback Loupe LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited rights to use the Service as offered, nothing grants you a license to our trademarks or software. Map data and imagery may be subject to third-party licenses (e.g. OpenStreetMap contributors).

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Outdoor activities, navigation, and reliance on crowd-sourced data involve inherent risks. We do not warrant accuracy of maps, availability, weather, or user posts. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDBACK LOUPE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feedback Loupe LLC and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law.

13. Disputes

The laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, govern these Terms. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any court action lie in the state or federal courts located in State of Maryland, USA.

14. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to admin@feedback-loupe.com with the information typically required under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (identification of the work, identification of the material, contact information, good-faith statement, accuracy statement, and physical or electronic signature). We may remove or disable access to material we believe violates policy or law.

15. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Feedback Loupe LLC regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
